What is the availability status of items on the site?

All items for sale on the HoodHax Store is currently made-to-order. You place an order for the product you see on the store page, and we make it and ship it.

While we have played with the concept of having pre-made items available, its difficult to keep stock on all the various colors and sizes to ensure maximum availability.

Until we establish a custom order shop, please use the Contact page to submit any custom orders such as color, size or closure variations. We have 100+ colors on-hand and growing as well as various closure types like buckles, shackles, and can also do adjustable knot closures too.

Can I customize any of the products offered on the HoodHax Store?

We are working hard to build and design the best possible customization shop in which you can pick from the 100+ colors of Paracord we have on-hand, select your closure type (ex, buckles, shackles, knot-style) and weave types.

Until we get this custom shop design, tested and release, please use the
Contact page to reach out to us directly with any custom order inquiries.

How do I measure my wrist for the best fit?

We have put together a sizing guide with several options on getting the best measurements.

It is VERY important that you get accurate measurements, as some weaves tend to be a bit thicker and we have to take extra steps to plan accordingly to ensure fit is perfect.

Along with measurements, also good to consider comfort as well. We include all of these suggestions in the Sizing Guide

How may I get assistance with my online order?

How do I change information on my order after it has been placed?

I just finalized my order but I still have not received the order summary.

You may experience a short delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been redirected depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact us

How much is the delivery?

Delivery cost depends on the delivery service you select during the checkout process, so you can pick your favorite trusted carrier.

How long will delivery take?

Orders ship Monday through Friday with the exception of national holidays.

You can choose from the various options during checkout, to determine your delivery options, speed and preferred carrier with UPS, FedEx and USPS.

How do I track delivery of my order?

To track your order, click the "your account" link located at the top right of the HoodHax.store website. Log in, then use the menu to track your order. If necessary, please feel free to contact us

Are there any delivery restrictions?

Items purchased may only be shipped within the continental US and to Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders ship in their entirety to the shipping address entered at the time of checkout. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

International ordering and shipping will be made available at a later time. Please sign up for our mailing list and/or create an account with your shipping info, and we will notify you when international ordering/shipping is available.

Is a signature required for delivery of my order?

A signature is not required for our deliveries.

I am on a business trip. Can you deliver to my hotel or other address?

To ensure that we are taking every step we can to protect you as a customer from potential fraud, we would prefer to deliver to only verified addresses, such as billing address matching shipping addresses.

However, if you select shipping from one of the various carriers like FedEx or UPS, and you have an account with them, you can opt to have your package delivered to a local store for pickup or change delivery location with the carriers directly.
