Thank you for your purchase from HoodHax Stores! We pride ourselves on creating high-quality, durable wearable products that are not just accessories, but also functional survival gear designed to be disassembled in an emergency.
Due to the unique purpose of our products and for hygiene reasons, our return and refund policy is as follows.
General Policy on Wearable Items
As a general rule, we do not accept returns on wearable items once they have been worn. Each product is crafted to be a reliable tool in a potential survival situation, and its integrity is paramount.
Returns for a Full Refund
We accept returns for a full refund under the following strict conditions:

The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

The item must be in its original, unworn, and new condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Any item that shows signs of wear, has been resized, altered, or has been disassembled cannot be returned for a refund. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and deny a refund if the item does not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
We understand that you may need a different size or style. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

The exchange must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

The item must be in its original, unworn, and new condition, and in its original packaging.
For all approved exchanges, a 10% restocking/resizing fee plus the actual cost of return shipping will be charged. This fee is necessary to cover the labor and material costs of creating your new, custom-sized product and shipping it to you.
Defective or Damaged Products
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and a clear photo of the defect. Upon verification, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Please email our support team at contact us with the subject line "Return / Exchange ".

Provide Details: In your email, include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. For defective items, please attach a photo.

Await Instructions: Do not send items back without first receiving authorization and return instructions from our team.

Ship the Item: Once approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
