Sizing Guide
Welcome to the Ultimate Sizing Guide! This page will guide you through several options and ways to get your measurements for the best fit and experience with our products. We strive to ensure that our sizing accuracy and fit is double and triple checked throughout the creation process. But our sizing is only going to be as good as you can provide us with accurate measurements.
Method #1: Soft or fabric tape measure
- If you have a soft, flexible or fabric tape measure, this is ideal and super easy to get your measurements with.
- Start by determining where on your wrist you prefer to wear a bracelet, cuff or watch.
- The very end of the measuring tape is what is known as "absolute zero".
- Using the soft measuring tape, gently wrap the tape around your wrist where you prefer to wear your bracelet, cuff or watch, by placing the end of the tape on the top of your wrist
- Where the tape meets the "absolute zero" mark, is your measurement. In my example, my wrist is measuring 7in or 17.78cm (177.8mm)
NOTE - if you want the wearable to be a bit looser, you could slip your index finger under the measuring tape, and then take a measurement, or simply add 1/4" to your final measurement. This will be a comfortable fit with minimal movement on your wrist. Final measurement for ordering then would be 7in + 1/4" = 7.25in (18.42cm / 184.2mm)
Method #2: String Measurement
- If you do not have a flexible measuring tape like above, you can simply use a piece of string to capture your measurement, then use a ruler or measuring tape to get your final measurement.
- Same steps as above but with a piece of string.
Common Mistakes:
- DO NOT use other paracord bracelets to measure your current size. Depending on the weave type, this can drastically alter the final size of the bracelets or wearables, as different weaves have different thicknesses making the final sizing different than expected.
- If the incorrect measurement is made and ordered, we cannot simply adjust the sizing to accommodate the correct size. Since these are hand made and then melted or welded closed, in order to resize we would have to completely start over and make a new bracelet. This will cause delays for you with your product and we would have to charge a restock fee + shipping.
